2. Responsibilities
- Develop a cross channel social media strategy that supports MyMusicTaste and its products’ mission, objectives, and goals and implement that uniquely and effectively across Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Manage and execute weekly/monthly social media content calendar to deliver optimized content for each platform based on company and project needs
- Execute social media strategy on MyMusicTaste’s official social media channels, which include planning, posting, and tracking
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand identity in terms of style, quality and tone of voice
- Work with the Creative Design Team to develop and deliver digital content & assets
- Collaborate closely with product marketing team to ensure maximized and successful usage, publishing and distribution of the materials created.
- Track effectiveness of the social media & content plan by establishing and monitoring KPIs
- Report regularly on social performance to project stakeholders
- Stay on top of the latest social trends, new platform features and best practices across all social platforms and other and new media platforms

"MyMusicTaste is looking for a Social Media & Content Marketing Manager who will oversee all content marketing initiatives across multiple platforms and formats to drive awareness, sales, and engagement and to help convey the brand story as well as the product & promotional messaging."


3. Qualifications & Skill sets
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
- 1-2 years of social media management experience
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across time zones and platforms
- Proficiency with multiple analytics and database tools common within a marketing organization (e.g Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional proficiency in Korean
- Must be able to work in Seoul, South Korea

- Proficiency in a third language is a strong plus
- Analytical background and knowledge of marketing analytics tools (email/sms metrics, Google Analytics, Mixpanel a plus)
- HTML and email building experience not required, but a plus
- Avid interest in music, knowledgeable about artists and genres, and have an overall interest in learning about the concert industry
